Our Shamanic School is led by third-generation elder masters, each descended from the Q’eros lineage one of the purest and most authentic surviving Inca traditions. Protected through centuries by their sacred Spirits, such as the Puma, our masters are true guardians of the Earth and keepers of ancient Inca shamanic wisdom.
They hold a profound spiritual connection with the Apus (the Spirits of the Mountains), the Qoto (the Stars), and Pachamama (Mother Earth). From these sacred forces, they receive their energy, guidance, and healing power, which they now transmit to all who seek spiritual awakening, self-healing, and a deeper union with the natural and cosmic realms.

THE QERO PATH
INCA SHAMANIC MEDECINE TRAINNING: Divided in two Level I and Level II, which can be completed over two consecutive years. Our in-person shamanic training program is held once a year and offers a profound immersion into authentic Andean shamanism. As part of the program, we visit and work in sacred Inca sites that have been used for centuries as powerful energetic temples ancient places where the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds remains open.
ONLINE SHAMANIC PROGRAM: is divided into three levels, with each level lasting one month and including weekly sessions.

Each year, our local Andean shamans carefully choose the sacred locations whether temples, rivers, or mountains according to the spiritual guidance they receive. These sites are chosen to help participants connect deeply with the energy of the land, the guardians of nature, and the ancestral spirits that inhabit these places.
During these sacred journeys, we practice energy work, meditation, and ceremonial offerings to the Apus (mountain spirits), Pachamama (Mother Earth), and other spiritual guides. Participants receive energetic transmissions and initiations from our shamans, opening pathways for personal healing, awakening, and transformation.

Throughout the program, you will learn the foundations of energy healing and spiritual practices, beginning with traditional energy cleansing rites. You will explore different types of energy, learn how to work with spirit guides, and discover how to connect with the healing energy of water. As you progress, you will be introduced to powerful Andean healing techniques, including Chumpy, Ñusta, and Rainbow healing. These practices are designed to deepen your connection with energy and support your personal spiritual journey. In the final level, we explore the Haywaricuy ceremonies, sacred practices that help us connect with the Universe, our inner power, and our spirit guides in a simple and profound way.
KARPAYS AND TRANSMISSIONS: The Initiation or Karpay ceremonies, are sacred ceremonies through which the ancestral energy and wisdom of each Shamanic lineage are shared. During these ceremonies, an energy transmission takes place, helping to open energetic portals and awaken the “energy eyes” within our physical and spiritual bodies. These initiations are intended for people who feel called to follow a path of self-healing, spiritual growth, or energy healing. They should be received with deep respect, openness, and humility. You can receive the Munay Yachay and Llankay Karpay for this you should pass an exam with the Qero Elders.

THE INCA MEDECINE WHEEL
For centuries, the Q’ero community lived hidden among the high mountains, where the Condor flies freely and the Puma continues to roam the hills. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, this sacred land was home to our ancestors and preserved the ancient wisdom of the “Stone People,” the master builders whose legacy can still be seen in Machu Picchu and many other sacred places.
The Q’ero were not simply undiscovered they were protected and sheltered by the Apus, the Spirits of the Mountains, and Pachamama, Mother Earth. With deep respect and gratitude, they maintained a sacred connection with the natural and spiritual worlds, guided especially by those known as the Alto Mesayoqs.
These spiritual teachers were believed to guide and protect the community and to preserve ancient teachings about the relationship between humanity, nature, and the divine. They taught the importance of honoring Mother Earth, working with energy, practicing healing, and following a spiritual path toward awakening and greater awareness.
Through these teachings, traditions of Andean energy healing were preserved, including the Chumpys, the Rainbow or Seven Ñustas, and Haywaricuy ceremonies for connecting with the Paqarina, supporting health and protection. The Animo Wahana is a sacred practice associated with restoring the connection between the spirit and the physical body.
The tradition also teaches us to connect with our spiritual allies and guides, represented by the Condor, Puma, Serpent, and Hummingbird. These sacred archetypes remind us that we do not have to walk our path alone, but can move forward with wisdom, love, and connection to everything around us.
This is the path we wish to share with you a journey back to your essence, inner wisdom, and self-love. Because when you reconnect with who you truly are, you can begin to discover your own path toward healing, transformation, and spiritual awakening.
